Neighborhood has increasingly gotten worse. Ive had to call the cops of outsiders sneaking into the pool area, being stalked, followed by, etc. I just renewed my lease and regret it. Ive had problems since day one but the pros used to outweigh the cons.
We originally chose to move here because the tour went well and the apartment seemed like a cute, budget-friendly option. Unfortunately, once we moved in, we quickly realized the reality was very different. Our unit was not properly prepared before move-in. The kitchen countertops looked like they had been used as cutting boards, with scratches everywhere. Good apartment, frustrating pricing experience I lived here in 2024 and loved it, great staff. So when my current lease was ending, I recommended it to my wife and we came back to tour with every intention of signing. I booked the tour on a Wednesday, but by the time we actually toured on Saturday, the price had already jumped $130. The leasing team wasn’t in that day, so the third-party team told me to call back Tuesday since I had questions about the leasing specials. The worst apartment complex I’ve ever rented at! I never got the experience of being able to live comfortably in my apartment due to many reasons. One being since day one of me moving in I was harassed and discriminated against by the office staff and property manager! My sister was helping me move in and one of the staffs ran out to ask her did she live with me as well because some “people” get a 2bd and sneak others in… which wasn’t the case.
