do not move here, I had lived there for almost 3 year before moving out and just know it will take them days to fix emergency fixes. I had multiple flooding in my apartment which they never fixed completely, not even when I moved out. Great place to call home!
Recently moved to Cityscape ... everything went smoothly. The office staff are always helpful and friendly. The floor plan of my apartment is very convenient and just seems like home. Cityscape is a quiet and friendly environment and the location is close to many businesses.
I've lived here for a few months now and the apartment isn't bad. When we moved in it hadn't been cleaned though, the floor was sticky, drawers had hair and rubber bands in the, and the dryer lint looked like it hadn't been changed in a month. The rent is consistently over 100 dollars the base rent to cover community fees. The parking is horrendous. There are many covered spots, but those are for monthly fees. The open spots fill up quickly and leave you having to walk across the entire complex, up to ten minutes between my ... read more
