Omg! Thank you for helping me. Never bern to an eye dr that took her time and explained and detailed.
While the female optometrist wasn't overtly rude, I left my appointment feeling disappointed with the level of care. When I asked questions to better understand my options, she seemed impatient and would often respond with questions rather than actually explaining things to me. I was hoping for a collaborative discussion to find the right fit, but instead felt cut off and rushed. I didn't get the guidance or care I was looking for and won't be returning.
Dr. Nguyen & her assistant are amazing! I had eye infection & could not get into my ophthalmologist for weeks but was able to see Dr. Nguyen next day. She listened to my concerns and conducted a thorough eye exam. Had to pay cash because I do not have vision insurance but the cash price was very reasonable. Thank you!
