I’ve had repeated problems with package deliveries at this property. UPS has marked some of my packages as “refused” and sent them back without any notification. I even created a Parcel Pending account to avoid these issues, but it hasn’t helped. Many packages are simply left in the package room without a code, which is both insecure and inconvenient. Terrible place to live. Roach infestation. Management will not get back to you when you need help. They enter your apartment without notice or asking. Your car will be broken into
Since I moved in, I’ve been asked to leave a 5 star review a couple times in exchange for a chance to win a prize, so any 5 star reviews are questionable Would not recommend moving here for multiple reasons. One being lots of roaches, spiders and other random insects everywhere
The new management is terrible.
I loved this community but once the office manager has changed it has gone down hill. The special feel to our home is gone. We will plan to leave as soon as our lease is up.
