The new management is terrible.
I loved this community but once the office manager has changed it has gone down hill. The special feel to our home is gone. We will plan to leave as soon as our lease is up.
Marisol and her team work hard to provide great care for their residents. If you are looking for a fun atmosphere, spacious living space, and a Management team that cares then check out City Place! Great all around vibe!
I had the BEST tour with Marisol today! I was treated with kindness and respect and she was excited to show me all of the options so I can make the best decision for myself. I have toured MANY apartment communities in the last 3 weeks and Marisol gave me the best tour experience I’ve ever encountered. Really great to see excellent customer service still exists! On the first day of living here directly after signing my lease they gave me the keys to my apartment. Before I even got to move my stuff in I walked in the apartment and found roaches. They said they’d put me on the next month to be treated. Then gave me 3 sticky traps. There was nothing I could do as I just signed the lease.
