The physician at this clinic by the name of Oladimeji Oni is by far the most unprofessional and negligent physician I have ever had the displeasure of seeing, I would give 0 stars if possible. I was referred to this clinic by the Health Connect Registry for a family doctor. One of the required forms to be filled out is a consent form. Awful experience, very rude and unprofessional customer service girl. She doesn’t even know how their clinic works. A week ago i was told there are no appointments available for Worksafe related claims, they are not dealing with even though two years back Dr.Sarai helped me out. I asked multiple times if i could just see a doctor for initial assessment, i was denied. And was told new doctors at the clinic are not available and are not dealing with it. Really good experience with CityMed Clinic in Surrey. Harjeet and Parm at the front desk are both very friendly and helpful. They always provide good service and make you feel welcome. Dr. Sandeep Saria is also a great doctor. She listens properly and is very understanding. Overall, I’m happy with the service at this clinic. Good staff, good doctor, and a nice experience overall. Would definitely recommend CityMed Clinic.
Absolutely awful experience with this clinic. The reception staff are incredibly frustrating to deal with, have very poor communication skills, and seem to have a habit of making mistakes and then somehow blaming the patient for them. The first time I went, I was given a urine sample container and specifically told to leave it in the designated urine tray. I followed their instructions exactly.
