I had a phone call appointment at this clinic as it’s in our neighborhood, and I found the staff and doctors very friendly and professional the last time I went. I just got off a call with the dr, and she told me I’d get the prescription emailed to me. I didn’t receive the email, so I called into the office and then I was told that it would cost me $15 per prescription(I needed 2, so $30!), and would I like to pick it up at the office!!!! My experience at Clicnic has been profoundly disappointing. What should have been a professional and reassuring environment instead proved to be a source of unnecessary stress and concern. The practitioner’s apparent lack of expertise and clinical judgement not only hindered any progress but, regrettably, exacerbated the situation—leaving me in a far more difficult and distressing state than when I first sought treatment.
