I went in on July 2 for what should have been a simple titer blood test. Today is July 13, and my results still aren’t available. I’m currently on hold for over 20 minutes just trying to get an update. When you go to this facility your ailment may get worse like me Dr. Christian Zhang DO. Did not understand me when I explained to him my situation 3 times. When he asked me to explain my symptom, midway he said to stop and answer him “straight” he wanted a yes or no not an explanation. Even when he submitted my ultrasound he did it sub par. With all this I had to go to the emergency room for my ailment because my treatment was not taken or understood properly.
