I went there this weekend because I suspected I had a kidney infection (dull constant pain, could not sleep, increased urine output, low grade fever, chills, loss of appetite). The nurses were nice and took my information, I told then I am diabetic and have been unable to exercise due to hip problems so my sugar was running high which may have caused the problem. I left my wallet home and will not see me because I can’t pay the copay.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Place is very clean and the service was very quick.
My mother went there for a sinus infection and the doctor told her she saw no fluid in her ears and she might have a clot in her brain. She went to another place and they said she had a sinus infection with fluid in her ears and that the doctor should have never told her that she might have a clot on her brain. The woman she saw here at the Wayne location should not be working in health care. Extremely unprofessional.
My experience here was awesome. The wait time was a little lengthy, but I must say that the office was clean. The staff was nice. They were knowledgeable very respectful….the receptionist in the front was really helpful,,,
