Nice staff, very friendly. The doctor explained everything clearly. All in all it was a nice experience.
I’ve been here for a few issues over the years and the staff are consistently awesome! Kind, professional, and make you feel heard.
Unfortunately, after telling the nurse practitioner that i wasn’t feeling well with the antibiotic i was on, i was told that i should continue taking it so that my infection doesn’t spread and that i was thinking too much into it. I ended up in the ER twice afterward within the same week and am still feeling the side effects since April, a couple of days after the visit, when I myself stopped taking it due to worsening symptoms. My body hasn’t been the same and i am upset.
Doctor was dismissive, did not check my hip or conduct any general mobility exam, and did not want to offer an xray. He spent less than two minutes in the room with me and prescribed 600mg of ibuprofen three times a day for two weeks. I felt like he was afraid of touching me and perhaps is not comfortable with women. Extremely dismissive. I have always received good care at other CityMDs and would not return to this one.
