Very clean facility. The staff was polite and professional. The doctor was excellent, very attentive, and thorough.
The front desk receptionist, Nayeli, was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She went out of her way to get a second opinion for me, which made all the difference. Thanks to her, I was able to get a painful embedded earring safely removed. Dr. Jones was also very helpful and professional, and the medical assistant, Marlenny, was kind and attentive throughout the visit. I truly appreciate the care and compassion from the entire team.
Scribe and PA were fantastic and fast. However the front desk receptionist was extremely rude. I work from 7a-7:30p, and i rushed to get there by 7:45pm. I work as a nurse and I work 12 hour shifts. I was unable to get tested at my hospital since it was so busy, but I was feeling so sick and had ongoing fevers I had to come in, or else I really never come in for symptoms. I want to start by saying that the nurses and front desk staff were professional, welcoming, and helpful. They are the only reason this facility gets one star. I brought my son to this urgent care because he had been experiencing chest pain for three days. He described the pain as worsening and spreading down the left side of his chest. The nurse took his vitals and documented all of his symptoms for the provider. She stepped out and said the doctor would be in shortly.
