Very disappointing experience at CityMD Riverdale. I brought my infant son in with a fever, but receptionist Tabatha was dismissive and discouraged us from being seen, eventually telling me that Dr. Kevin Bowen recommended the ER—despite the fact that he never examined or even saw my son. I filed a formal complaint, and Dr. Donique Jones, the Medical Director, contacted me via email and asked for my number. I provided it, but she never called and did not respond to my follow-up email. Reason for 3 stars is for their staff who went above and beyond to help me (wish I could give them 10, but I am doing an average with my situation) ... Yet my review is 0 stars for teladoc/med vists. Since I have a situation with elderly family I have a hard time getting to a doctor for me since Optum caused me to lose my doctor cause of my insurance. It was a great experience because as somebody who suffers from anxiety I don’t like waiting at these medical facilities, which is why I give this an excellent because the wait time was very reasonable and the staff was absolutely wonderful with a great customer friendly attitude vibe.

I first called the Riverdale CityMD to find out their hours, and the young lady who answered the phone let me know that they were open late. I said, “Great, I can see a doctor!” She told me, “Absolutely, come right in.” As soon as I entered, I was greeted with so much respect and kindness. She was so sweet, and the service she provided was phenomenal. I filled out the necessary paperwork, and I was called in right away. Wow!
