Had to get a procedure here, was told by the front desk that they accept my insurance (Aetna), and they still sent me a bill for hundreds of dollars. Aetna even said I was not responsible and CityMD refuses to drop the charge. Awful behavior of a corporation that is more interested in profit than human well-being.
UPDATING THIS REVIEW: I received an additional $181 bill that I did not expect. Did I not ask the right questions when I asked for the total costs????? Anyways screw this place and go find yourself a local clinic because these hidden fees suck. I was nervous to come because I didn't know how affordable it would be. Thankfully they confirmed my co-pay before I went in to check on any fractures after a bike fall. HOWEVER I was seen within 25 minutes on Monday afternoon around 2:30PM.
