Terrible customer service
Do not trust this urgent care with your children. I brought my daughter in, and they barely checked her throat before sending us away claiming nothing was wrong. Hours later, she broke out in a massive fever and was diagnosed with a severe infection by a different doctor. Their laziness and incompetent screening put my daughter's health at serious risk. Unbelievably reckless.The doctor that did all this crap was Dr.Ching,What a terrible doctor.
Worst place. I don’t want to see this city md in my future . They send my prescription to pharmacy after an hour of visit. They told me there system was down they take 20 mint to send prescription. But after so many calls they take 1 hour to send my prescription to pharmacy . If there system is down why they don’t inform us to about there system so we go to the different location because I need my medication as soon as possible . They are very rude
