The worst. Don't trust the "convenience" . Took my son there for lab work for college because they guaranteed we'd have the results in 3 days. 10 days later I was still getting excuses and had no results. Foolishly went back for a sports physical for my other child. What a mistake. Would not clear for sports because she had an upper respiratory virus the beginning of the year (10 months ago) and wanted us to have it cleared with a pulmonologist. Really??? Visited, complained of painful cough, for over a week, periods of fever, 72 years old..gave me a cough suppressant ...no chest x-ray, no 0² check, ended up later that week in Chilton Hospital for 5 day with pneumonia. .. and now I'm looking at one to three months of recuperation it's slow it's painful, and I'm so pissed off at citymd
My daughter went in for ankle pain. Dr took xrays said just a sprain. Next day, my daughter couldn't walk and ended taking her to an orthopedic. They took the same xrays and dr said she fractured her ankle. Called the next day to get my copay and money back for the xrays. Been a month now and keep getting the runaround. I get ppl make mistakes but fix it.
I went to the Oakland NJ location. I went in for a burn. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The wait time was short only about 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to go back again. My experience could not have been better.
Staff are very nice. The ridiculous amount of survey calls I got from City MD after going was a little ridiculous. They will call every day until you answer.
