From the minute I walked in until the minute I left I was treated with kindness, caring, respect and professionalism from all the staff
This is the second negative experience my family has had at this CityMD location. I went in for a routine pre-employment screening while completely healthy and left with COVID. Healthy patients were placed in rooms previously used for sick patients, and there appeared to be little to no sanitation happening in between. That is extremely concerning in a medical facility.
