The City MD in Northport is a very shady office. I was reassured by the front desk I wouldn't have any out of pocket expenses with my insurance for a simple flu shot. Since then I have received multiple bills, received multiple calls and I'm now being threatened with collections that I owe $225 for the flu shot I was assured I would have no out of pocket for. Let me start by saying, I’ve never written a review online about anything ever but in this case it was necessary. Was my first and last time going to this location for medical assistance. It was terrible. The young man William who brought me into the back was clearly in a terrible mood and didn’t hide it. His bedside manner made me very uncomfortable, he seemed angry (literally slamming the door and sighing loudly).
