If you get Doctor ignorant with the bald head and beard. You are screwed . He only dispenses one type of anti biotic that does not work. He is rude he told me I didn't want to work and would not give a note. I was sick for a month I went there three times. I got so ill I had to go to a pulmonologist. The pulmonologist gave me his cell number invited me behind his desk and showed me why the city med montvale doctor FAILED. Was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy a few months ago. Healing process is ongoing but was recommended to see a physical therapist. My primary doctor is on vacation so I call cityMD to ask if their Dr can give me a referral for physical therapy. The receptionist said yes and to schedule an appointment. Very good visit. I visited CityMD in Montvale on 5/1/25. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Shoshani was very nice, thorough and helpful. #1 Scribe, Zhuheim was really great. So nice, reassuring, knowledgeable and helpful. I really like that this Urgent Care is conveniently located. It is very clean.

My elderly friend was misdiagnosed with ear infection! “The doctor “ prescribed antibiotics, 3 days later he started to have a fever and finally decided to visit his ENT specialist, who said that his ears were so full of wax, it was no way to see an ear canal … Long story short- it was just wax related symptoms and he needed some steroids. He is better now!
