Very good visit. I visited CityMD in Montvale on 5/1/25. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Shoshani was very nice, thorough and helpful. #1 Scribe, Zhuheim was really great. So nice, reassuring, knowledgeable and helpful. I really like that this Urgent Care is conveniently located. It is very clean.
My elderly friend was misdiagnosed with ear infection! “The doctor “ prescribed antibiotics, 3 days later he started to have a fever and finally decided to visit his ENT specialist, who said that his ears were so full of wax, it was no way to see an ear canal … Long story short- it was just wax related symptoms and he needed some steroids. He is better now!
The front receptionist was so lazy and zero help
Rudest and most unprofessional front desk workers. Simply getting mad when I did not immediately see where the QR code was and rolling their eyes at me like I was incompetent. The QR code essentially leads you to checking yourself in entirely on your own so they essentially do nothing yet have the nerve to be so rude. Then the actual appointment essentially led to a “not sure go check with a real doctor”-esque result. If I had the time and proximity to another physician clearly ik would have gone.
