This is by far the SLOWEST place i have ever been to. I could've driven to an urgent care in a different town and been done and back by the time i was done here. i waited for over an hour just to have a bug bite looked at, which i know is no emergency, but people have things to do. it's like they are moving in slow motion.
The doctor was dismissive and rude. I couldn’t get a prescription without being tested. I had to ask if they had that test, she didn’t even know which one it was. Then had me tested for 3 other things, I didn’t ask to be tested for. I don’t have insurance Quest sent me an $891 bill in addition to $225 I paid them. Be specific and understand they will give 5 minutes of time, maybe.
While the staff was very friendly, my visit felt like a complete waste of time and money. I came in with visibly swollen, red tonsils and a sore neck, yet before even shining a light in my throat or checking my neck, the PA told me "everything looks normal". She also confused my test results, first mentioning a flu test I never received, then brushing it off when I clarified it was strep. I’ve never written a review before-good or bad-just not my thing. However, my experience at this office has compelled me to do so. I made an appointment, gave all requested information on line and arrived on time. I waited over an hour to be checked in and directed to a patient room. In fairness, it was a Monday morning and they said they were unexpectedly short staffed. Fine.
