I had an awful experience with CityMD. I went in regarding a tailbone injury. The doctor took x-rays, and since the x-rays came back that I hadn’t broken my tailbone he said there was nothing they could do for me. There was visible bruising to my tailbone. The doctor then told me to go to the Walmart and get Tylenol and doughnut pillow, however, did not prescribe me a better pain management prescription and did not provide me with a donut pillow. the place sucks wouldn’t take my insurances i have no respect for u health care works that work in that joint
