NP did not introduce herself to me when she came into the room. Severe case of contact dermatitis. Said she would order 2 different creams for itch and rash. Got to pharmacy, only 1 called in. Called back and explained, said they would send in the one she forgot. Well, they sent in the one they already had sent in not the missing one. Called them again, finally sent in the one they forgot.
The nursing care was very helpful and the NPR was very informative in her assessment of my condition
I had an appointment and was taken in on time. The Dr explained everything. And was able to clear one ear and I have to go back next week. To finish
