They misdiagnosed my son a few months ago. They diagnosed him with step throat when he actually had mono, leading him to unnecessarily take antibiotics. This diagnosis came after he tested negative for strep. Recently, I took my 90-year-old father to CityMD (Dyckman) because of high blood pressure and chest pains. After a thorough examination and EKG, they recommended that he go to the emergency room for a blood test to check for a heart attack. Please FIRE JAYLEEN. She said she is the shift lead and had the worst most attitude. Basically tried to discourage me from going. Just dry and rude. She was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful! Completely lost a customer cause of her. Fire her.. and people that will actually make you want to come.
