Unprofessional and unhelpful. The doctor googled my symptoms and offered no diagnosis at all.
I went in with a rash on my arm and had no appointment. I filled out a very simple form and was then sent another one on my phone which was completely filled out from my previous visits so I just needed to confirm the information. I waited about 10 minutes for an exam room and a few minutes later the doctor came in. 5 minutes later I was on my way with an easy to understand diagnosis and remedy. Where else can you be in and out of a doctors office in 15 minutes especially without an appointment?
