Very bad front desk service. I had been a client for many years, even I had Dr. Scully as my PCP. Two days ago (11/6/19) I went to get service at this urgent care, I was very sick and short of breath. The woman at the front desk requested my ID and my Insurance card and asked me to update all my information. After she finished using my ID and insurance card she hold them and didn't gave back to me. Nike B., you are writing false information. The sign in lobby says $ 10 off for a review. It doesn't ask for a good review. I have been coming here since they opened for many years. Great doctors and friendly staff. Keeping my health in check. I have a rough schedule and cannot schedule appointments so works great for me. Other Urgent care centers have the same if not more of a wait depending on how many people waiting and the urgency of carecommendation needed.
Recently I went to the Medicenter because I was feeling tired, congested and overall just bad. The office was clean, the staff- including receptionist, medical assistant and the Doctor- were kind, courteous and professional. A flu test was positive. I was given Tamiflu and was feeling better by the next day. I highly recommend the Medicenter!
