Today’s visit got a 2 thanks to Amanda at the front desk, she tipped the scale for everyone after her. Being the 1st patient, as I registered, Amanda requested my insurance. While I searched my clutch, Amanda asked for the type of insurance I have. I replied, but she must not of heard me. WORST DOCTORS EVER ! I came in to get immunization for college and the lady at the front SARA accused me of forging fake documents and having fake records lol 😂 This place is extremely sketchy, i can’t believe they treat people this way. The doctors are extremely sketchy. Will be filing up with further complaints.
I went there for the first time, I will always use them for Urgent Care. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful and Dr Shah was as good as it gets.
This office is outstanding! We saw a warm, friendly, efficient staff and received the best care from Dr. Shah, Amber, Jenn, Stefy, Aubrey and Sara, their welcoming receptionist. It has taken us a year to finally find the kind of facility that offers the finest type of professional service that we remember from years ago. As an elderly couple, this has been a godsend.
