DO NOT COME HERE. Extremely unprofessional atmosphere and very rude staff. I came in for a physical after calling ahead to confirm they could perform it and that they accepted my insurance. I was told yes to both. Once I arrived I filled out lots of paperwork, only once done with the paperwork one of the girls informed me that I can only pay $220 out of pocket or my employer can pay. The older blonde woman could not care less if there is something wrong. Incredibly incompetent. Last year I came to this location feeling very ill, she dismissed me and told me nothing was wrong. I later came back when I wasn’t getting better and had a different provider who discovered I had double pneumonia. Today I visited the clinic and saw the same woman. Who barely looked at my throat and treated me like I was stupid.
I specifically asked the front desk clerk if they would be able to treat a dental abscess & she said yes. I filled in all the necessary paperwork, paid $225 for literally my BP & temp to be taken. The PA comes in, feels w/her finger along the gum line & tells me to go to the ER there’s nothing she can do. No xrays or bloodwork. Although she was pleasant, not worth the $225. I was given an incorrect antibiotic scripts as well. After going to the ER…they provided me basically same things but w/the correct dosage AND oxycodone ... read more
I had a very disappointing experience here. Before being seen, I double-checked with the front desk that my insurance was accepted and asked if I needed to pay anything. They told me no. I was only seen briefly for an itchy eye (other than a quick blood pressure check) and prescribed antibiotics. I confirmed with the doctor and front desk again if there was anything else I needed to do or pay—again, they said no. A week later, I received a bill for $200.
