I had a very disappointing experience here. Before being seen, I double-checked with the front desk that my insurance was accepted and asked if I needed to pay anything. They told me no. I was only seen briefly for an itchy eye (other than a quick blood pressure check) and prescribed antibiotics. I confirmed with the doctor and front desk again if there was anything else I needed to do or pay—again, they said no. A week later, I received a bill for $200. So happy I went here instead of hunterdon. They took me VERY quickly. The doctor was extremely pleasant, was a great listener, and wasn't in a rush. In fact all the staff were great. Go here even if it isn't the closest.

Just spoke to Patricia to determine whether to come to the urgent care or not and are was kind, patient and didn't display any agitation with having to go to the provider a few times to make sure all of my questions were answered. I can only imagine what the care is like if they're so pleasant over the phone. Thank you so much for your help!

CityMD is one of the best providers I have been to( in addition to Hunterdon Medical Center). The Doctors at CityMD are kind and caring and also very professional. This place is always there when I need medical assistance. Thank-you CityMD for your service to our community.
