Clean, convenient, friendly, knowledgeable staff! Highly recommended!!
Have had to bring the kids here twice. Staff was very professional, courteous and had us in & out quickly (huge bonus with kids). When their pediatrician couldn't take us, City MD took care of us!
DO NOT COME HERE. Extremely unprofessional atmosphere and very rude staff. I came in for a physical after calling ahead to confirm they could perform it and that they accepted my insurance. I was told yes to both. Once I arrived I filled out lots of paperwork, only once done with the paperwork one of the girls informed me that I can only pay $220 out of pocket or my employer can pay. The older blonde woman could not care less if there is something wrong. Incredibly incompetent. Last year I came to this location feeling very ill, she dismissed me and told me nothing was wrong. I later came back when I wasn’t getting better and had a different provider who discovered I had double pneumonia. Today I visited the clinic and saw the same woman. Who barely looked at my throat and treated me like I was stupid.
