Went in today with my boyfriend he has had a sinus infection/post nasal drip for over a week, very concerning mucus etc. Doctor came in, didn’t even introduce himself to get his name. He just asked “what’s going on today” we explained and immediately after says okay do you want this or that. We both were so caught off guard and looked at each-other so confused. Made an appointment for 2:15 pm. Arrived at 2:05 pm only to find out 7 walkins were put in front of my appointment, then waited for almost 90 minutes to be called in. Terrible experience, I will never return.
The best urgent care around! Entire staff is personable and supportive.
