Went in with a bad flu and was in and out. The girl at the front desk was super sweet and PA Jason Li and the assistant took really good care of me. Hardly any wait, got my note right away and honestly I'm already feeling better :)
Went for help with a hyperactive thyroid. I had recently been switched to a higher dose and it became clear it was too much. I hadn’t slept in 5 nights. My system was very hyperactive. Instead of checking my heart, helping my system calm down this dr told me “we don’t treat insomnia “ and that he would refer me to a “sleep study” if I wanted. Huh???? It was thyroid related and after dealing with thyroid issues for years I am aware that too much hormone could lead to heart attacks, strokes, etc. this dr checked NOTHING. I bec... read more

My care at City Md. was on 28th Ave. and 65th St. in Bklyn, NY was quick and professional! The front desk staff made paperwork simple . The PA was courteous and took all necessary info and vitals before I saw the dr. Dr. Verdirame diagnosed and prescribed me 2 medications that had me immediately feeling better from an upper respiratory infection. If not for the Dr. at this location, I probably would’ve ended up at the ER that night! I will follow up w/ my internist for a reevaluation of my condition, and I am grateful and th... read more
