I don’t know who is managing this clinic but this is one of the worst. Long wait times, rude and unwelcoming staff. Front desk Jamel very unprofessional, nurse Azariah inattentive, and a doctor that doesn’t listen to you. Go to any other CityMD.
Terrible experience! Don''t come here. The doctor was decent but nurse Azariah was terrible. Super incompetent and not friendly. I think this site just hires anyone to work here. The front desk was terrible as well and very passive aggressive. I seen many reviews about Jamel and he truly is terrible. Citymd please hire better staffing!!
