first time reviewing something but that place really is bad. Women at the reception counter was as unhelpful as it gets, she kept knitting instead of helping as we entered with my wife in severe pain. if you can, go somewhere else.
I ended up having to go to the ER the next day since the issue wasn’t resolved. The doctor I saw was nice, but the overall experience wasn’t great. Worst of all, when I got test results that indicated I needed to be on new antibiotics they didn’t call me until 27 hours after. If I had listened to their promise to call and change my care plan I’d still be very sick. Huge thank you to citymd greenpoint! I came in this morning with an allergic reaction and hives all over my body and they immediately brought me in and took care of me. All the ladies at the front desk, my nurse and the doctor were all so extremely kind to me and made me feel safe when I was in a state of panic. They gave me meds, a shot and kept me around to ensure I was ok before releasing me. It’s been 6 hours and my hives are 70% gone. Seriously I could not recommend them enough! Pricey and ineffective. I was hoping to get at least a test done having paid a $75 copay and they didn’t even do that. They took forever to just give me generic advice and send me home (it’s obviously not worked). Won’t come back.
