Know that if you walking here you have to do the receptionist job and register yourself then Dr. VINCENT ELETTO should retire of return his Dr. License. A veterinary take better care of the pets that what he does with the client's that don't even let them talk. My worst experience ever.
If you have a PCP go there! Yesterday, I came to this location after suffering from congestion, ear pain, pressure in my head and neck, and snuffles. The “Provider” was a Physician’s Assistant who basically waved me off and told me to take Tylenol for pain and Mucinex for congestion. This morning the pain was so sharp I made an emergency appointment with my Dr only to find out I have a severe ear infection and the medicine the “Provider” at CityMd told me to take would not do anything for my symptoms. Great from entrance to the end of my visit
The Staff there seem to be ignorant, unpleasant and unkind. The people at the front desk and nurses treat you like your an inconvenience and that's all before you see the Doctor. Patients are already nervous so we don't need staff treating us like a nuisance. The staff need customer service training.
