Beyond useless. You’ll sit in the nurses offices for 40 minutes with no doctor in sight
I had some unknown fatigue and Dr. Franklin (I think? he is a PA) seemed to know exactly what was going on with me. He gave me a very extensive blood test panel and it shed light on some things I wasn’t aware of. I was able to see a proper specialist afterwards. Thanks CityMD
They’re always lovely and the wait is never too long
For a $40 co pay I was told to talk to my primary care. The NP didn't even come into the room fully, just stood in the doorway to talk to me without any assessment and came off very hostile. Would not recommend.
This was the most poorly managed healthcare facility I’ve ever visited. I booked an appointment for Monday morning — the clinic was empty when I arrived. I was left alone in a room for 30 minutes, then received a 5 minute examination from a PA that was inconclusive. No hand sanitizer to be found anywhere in the clinic (but lots of empty bottles!) and patients not offered masks.
