We’ve stayed at two of their properties and they are both amazing! Dan goes above and beyond for his guests. Highly recommend!
I let Dan and his team manage two rentals, a duplex and a 5plex for over two years. They placed tenants who never paid and needed to be evicted immediately because of poor vetting. I put about $35k into rehabbing the 5plex per their recommendation, which was supposed to be a 2-4 week job, it turned out to be 5 months and I had to send multiple texts, emails and calls to get a response. 10/10 just stayed at their beautiful Elkhorn property. Very impressed with the set up and accommodations. Highly recommend CityLine to anyone looking to do long, short or midterm rentals.

I recently had a staycation at one of the CityLine Properties. The house was so clean and had absolute everything we needed from toiletries to kitchen utensils. Also, location location location! It was easy for my out of town guests to find and easy for us to get to everything. Dan and his team were so accommodating with any and all questions regarding tv’s and fire pits around the pool.
