Live here 20+ years. Love it! Board is good and staff is good ! Still loving it.
The coop board is terrible. The staff is amazing. Amazing views from the building. The building is old and not built well and if you live here you will find out that many of the apartments have leaks and issues. I do not recommend buying an apartment in this building. The taxes are also very high.
