There are TONS of fake reviews on here. That's a MAJOR red flag. I love their TV show from back in the day, but I really can't tell if they're the "good guys" from the flipping series or the heartless conartists from the 1 STAR reviews. It's probably somewhere in the middle, which why I gave it 3 Stars ? Honestly, I don't have the patience to give them a shot.
Wasted my time. Made a fair offer over the phone and in email pending home inspection. Instead of inspecting my home they sent some realtor to try and get me to list. The realtor admitted he had no intention of inspecting the home, he had no idea an offer was even promised, and that he would not make any offer.
Christine Rich is literally a Godsend. From the very first meeting with her she was very helpful, honest, informative, and just extremely easy to work with, we had previously listed our house with another realtor and had gotten no interest at all and we were losing hope.
