The value is great and I've never had a bad massage here. My only complaint is that they keep the door open to the lobby while you are in the leg/foot massage room. It's bright and when folks come in its loud and not at all relaxing. I also wish they could lower the sort alarm for the same reason.
My first professional massage ever today, oh geez, was it amazing. 5 hrs later I'm still feeling great and relaxed. I will definitely go back..
I would not go back again. They have a very hard time communicating, don't speak English well. I continually asked for lighter pressure and they would just say "ok" or laugh and continue at the same very strong hard pressure. I know that if you haven't had a massage in a while it can feel like you're bruised, but I feel much worse than that. Like I said, definitely not going back again.
Currently they have a banner advertising after you have so many foot or body massages (10) the next one os free. The receptionist stated if you have to purchase an hour massage each time but no where on banner does it state that. She stated it was a mistake but I asked could she still honor since it was not advertised correctly. Another lady came out bit neither one understood so I asked for the manager but nothing. The establishment and service is nice but they do need help with customer service. Your thoughts.
My friend and I had a 60 minute Foot Massage yesterday that included the feet, legs, head, face and shoulders. I have been here twice now and the massages are fabulous!! You go home thinking when you are going to schedule your next massage. The staff is very friendly, professional and the rooms are very clean. I would highly recommend a massage at City Life Massage on Airport Thruway in The Landings across from Burnham Shoes. Enjoy!!
