This place has no respect for appointments. I came in for a 4pm and didn’t get seen until 5:25 pm. Not the place to go for working professionals or anyone who values their time. People were pretty non apologetic and kept giving vague answers about just two people being ahead of me (This was the narrative at 4pm all the way until I started complaining at 5:20). Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened here. This used to be a really good urgent care but it is not suited for busy professionals.

I had a very good experience with the physician but the person I interacted with at the front desk was very dismissive and argumentative with me. She did not understand the service I needed, but instead of inquiring for further information, she assumed I did not know what I was talking about. I insisted to talk to the physician and explain the service I needed and that is when I got the assistance I needed.
