I can’t believe this place has 4.9 star reviews. Now I question if these reviews are even real. Facility very new but the NP was so unprofessional. I came in because my wound was not healing 5 weeks post op, was hoping they could take out the stitches that are causing the infection and clean the wound/pus for me. The NP came in asking a bunch of irrelevant questions in a very rude manner, and then said “you need antibiotics, please go to your surgeon or ER to get the wound checked”. Excellent professional service! The MD I decided to "Fire" had maybe a nano second for me, SOLV took their time, Examined properly, not in a rush. Results back in less time than expected.
Very clean , spacious and welcoming clinic. Staff were approachable, pleasant, helpful and efficient. Appointments were very timely. Furniture was clean too. The best clinic so far.
Experienced sudden onset of spastic tortecollis, extreme body spasms and contractions. Was given trigger point injections (about 10) which gave me enough to be able to sleep. Very good experience. Doc was terrific, compassionate and reassuring. Very positive experience in a very difficult situation.
