Unfortunately, there was no sign or indication about the re-entry policy. I wasted my time(30mins in the entrance) due to the stupid policy. Please educate the staff that this problem and let the new member know about this. Although i spend membership every week, the fact that member can’t use the facility properly is insane and inefficient. If you want to block the non-member to enter the gym for free, find another way to do it. Not blocking the real member who pays the actual money to your company.

Pilates room has been locked every time I’ve gone to use it recently, not open late enough
Great gym, can almost never find a parking spot though.
