Quick back story: I had a temperament test for my rescue, who is pretty anxious but very sweet, at another location nearby. As someone who has worked with dogs my entire life (rescues, fostering, veterinary clinics, etc.) you learn standard best practices for training, assessing temperaments, body language of dogs, etc., so I'm no expert, at all, but well-versed in the space. Though no complaints about the service, beware of buying any of their packages. At the time of sale I was told a different expiration date and then ended 90% of my visits expired. Contacting by phone and by email I was told I would get a response and then months go by. Terrible business model revolving around scamming customers and hoping they let it go.
