Best experience ever! Can’t stop talking about how good I was treated here, Kaitlyn and receptionist were great!! They listen to me carefully and explained every step of what they were doing. I even got a gift bag full of goodies , no other primary care has ever done that for me. Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I came in this place feeling so anxious thinking it was going to be the Same thing over and over with other places with no help but here I feel understood and taken care of !!! Alexa and katie? I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong but they are the best!
Cityblock staff is everything that is wrong with the medical services provided for lower income patients. They send you in circles for assistance. They don't listen to core medical issues and request from patients seeking guidance for medical care. They are simply a poorly run medical call center that takes government funds while not providing any service.
Staff and doctor are amazing! They really take care about you !
City Block Health should be referred to everyone! These guys really cares about the lower class communities and they're great on reminding you to be apart of the family. City Block is one of my prayers being answered!
