Very friendly staff. Wait time less than 10 minutes.
I have been going here for a year and a half. I don't recommend this place to anyone. You can never get a sick visit until a week later so you have to go to the ER instead. Never have the same doctor. They all want to undo what the last doctor did and prescribe new medications. I so want to find another Primary Health Provider. They are only gonna listen to your heart and check your ears. Pediatrics also is a no no!!!
I called to become a new patient. This medical facility took my personal information over the phone, and informed me that you accepted my insurance, which is United Healthcare. Then, when I called to confirm my appointment, I was told that City block cancelled their contract with United Healthcare. I'm concerned that City block will sell my information. I tried to call them about this, but they keep hanging up on me. Don't trust these people. They are Scammers.
