The office is colorful, and inviting. The employees are warm, friendly, professional, and very thorough. Tiana Williams, C-NP runs the office better than most doctors. She is caring, compassionate, thoughtful, and very thorough. And, she's never too busy to listen to her patients. She sees her patients as human beings w/ feelings. I'm rewriting my review because after having to switch insurances and be seen by Wellbe; I realize how much better Cityblock was for me. They ordered routine labs for me and urine analysis. They went to appointments with me for emotional support. I'll always remember the kind social worker who shared her story of being ill a long time and it taking forever for her to get her diagnosis. She was really understanding of my own problems getting adequate care and a diagnosis. Thank you.
I just would like to thanks City block personally because not only I have the best care team I had the honor of meeting the lady who started city block and she was such an inspiring person to me because being someone who dealt with addiction in mental health once you get over that hump you just want to be known as a person and for me that's what city block stands for and for her to say did she want something for us that means so much so I would recommend this health clinic organization to anyone that wants to feel important ... read more
This group came and made all these promises saying they were going to help me with so many things, like finding me doctors and scheduling appointment or coming to my house to take my bloodwork (I'm severely disabled and bedridden). They don't do any of that. Hardly ever follow through when they say they are doing something for you. So disappointing. I never did get appointments scheduled that they said they scheduled.
