The store goes above and beyond . Always happy to help the customer understand his or her new (or old) Pet . It is owned by and run by long time Pet lovers . And one of the only places that f-water fish have a one week guarantee !
How can a place talk about animal care and advIse people when they have such deplorable conditions?! Hermit crabs on glass with no heat, humidity or water? Use their habitat as an example of what not to do. Just cruelty.

We appreciate any concerns that our customers may have with our animal care and certainly want to hear about them. In regards to our hermit crabs, we follow the distributors care sheet which is designed for store/display care only. Upon arrival and in the mornings it is recommended to submerge them for a few seconds in room temperature spring water. Hey you guys have got to take better care of your hermit crabs! They need sand to dig in and water available to drink and breathe! They need heat and humidity and fresh food and natural shells! The painted shells will kill them. Please fix it, they are such sweet little creatures!
Our son purchased a German Shepherd pup here last year she is a beautiful dog, smart, playful and good with people, and learns quickly.
Friendly, honest people. Always have great livestock, and always have what I need for my pets.
