We had them board our Sun Conures while we were away for a week. The birds were happy and well cared for while we were gone. We could tell that they had a wonderful time. Also, Sondra is very helpful, every time I have a question about care or training. She has very good advice.

Snake tanks were absolutely unacceptable! There were dying snakes in tanks,sheds from many sheds ago, piles and piles of moldy feces,snakes with MAJOR Health issues! Not to also mention the very unsanitary condition of the rest of store as well! JUST TERRIBLE..DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Needed some new cat toys and other kitty items. Had everything i needed. Will definitely return
I was setting up my new tank and my wife sent me here. The help was excellent and the fish looked great. I've had them for a few days now and no issues. Will definitely return.
I have been coming here for years and really enjoy all the variety of pets available and supplies that are needed to properly care for them! What makes Sondra's City Zoo the best is their knowledgeable staff and their smiles......great people!
I've been a regular here for quiet awhile now, and even tho I don't live in Elmira anymore I still choose to go there over any other pet store. The staff there know there stuff when it comes to the animals there and are always willing to help you with what you need and educate you on what you may be getting. I would never go anywhere else for my feeders as they have the best prices around and also have the best selection for reptiles at any time.
