I had a great experience here. The clinic was very clean, organized, and professional. They were able to book me in very quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was called in exactly at my appointment time with no waiting. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. If you’re visiting for the first time, the clinic is located on the second floor. While the staff is pleasant and the place is clean please be well aware they lie about result timing. At appointment I was told 48 hour turn around. 72 hours later I am told 3-5 business days and I have been in pain with either a torn rotator cuff or other shoulder injury. My suggestion if you need an urgent result have your doctor mark in urgent or if you are in pain like me go to urgent care.

First time at this location (stockyards 2nd floor across from Nations Fresh Foods) and it did not disappoint. Had a great experience. This location is new, well maintained, clean waiting area and testing rooms. The receptionist was friendly and attentive with my call to book an appointment and when i checked in. Had a bone density test done, called Saturday at 11 and she was able to book me in for 1230 with no issues. Absolutely loved their service! From the phone conversations I’ve had to book my ultrasound appointments, to going through the tests itself - it has been amazing experiences thus far! Especially the lady who did my ultrasound, I believe her name is MUBARRA, is surely the best one out there! My previous experiences elsewhere have been awful, but this lady @CityXRay - not only was she kind & gentle, she dived into our emotions & was equally excited for us.. Thank you & Hoping to see this lady again 💖

What a wonderful experience I had his clinic. Rose who works at the reception/front desk is so knowledge and caring. I went in for an ultrasound, the technician Mubarra was so nice and professional. She really made me feel at ease. The office manger Abbas is also a great part of this clinic very high professionalism. I would highly recommend this clinic for x-ray or ultrasound.
