This place is located in the stockyards plaza next to nations and I’ve only ever had a fantastic experience here. The receptionist is amazing and always does their best to make appointments quick and easy. Today I got x-rayed by Sep, I felt so cared for and respected. It seemed like she really knew what she was doing and I was in good hands. One of the Best x-ray ultrasound experiences. I have when I have to have it.
Never thought I would be leaving a review for an X-ray clinic but this was by far the nicest clinic I've ever been to. The receptionist was super lovely, the technician was also wonderful and kind. Honestly, as much as I was in pain, I had a wonderful time getting an X-ray here!
Don’t waste your time here. I don’t think it’s acceptable to treat patients this way. As other reviewers mentioned, they either lie by saying the requested documents have already been sent, or say they’ll send them right away—but it actually takes over a week. When I checked with my physician, it turned out they didn’t send the documents until more than ten days later. Absolutely outstanding experience. This clinic is by far the cleanest and most thorough I’ve ever been to. The staff are incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about making patients feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless and organized — you can tell they take pride in maintaining the highest standards. Truly a five-star experience all around.
Decide to give this clinic a chance today upon seeing other reviews. It did not disappoint. Everything went very smoothly. I was able to get a same day appointment. The front desk receptionist was friendly on the phone and in person. The male techinican was great to deal with. The clinic is well kept and latex free! Will definitely consider this clinic again.
