This place is located in the stockyards plaza next to nations and I’ve only ever had a fantastic experience here. The receptionist is amazing and always does their best to make appointments quick and easy. Today I got x-rayed by Sep, I felt so cared for and respected. It seemed like she really knew what she was doing and I was in good hands. One of the Best x-ray ultrasound experiences. I have when I have to have it.
The ladies at the front desk are always very quick and responsive. They always have a smile on their face and it’s a warm inviting environment. Sep, the x-ray specialist is extremely efficient, kind, straightforward, and quick. Between the entire staff, including the ultrasound specialist ( who used to work in a ER) it’s always a wonderful experience. I’m happy to have them so close to home. They make the process stress free. Thank you
I had a great experience at City X-Ray. The receptionist was very friendly, and the wait time was quick. My tech, Sept, was nice and attentive, always ensuring that I was okay throughout the whole process. She also answered any questions I had with clarity and patience. Would definitely recommend this clinic.
Never thought I would be leaving a review for an X-ray clinic but this was by far the nicest clinic I've ever been to. The receptionist was super lovely, the technician was also wonderful and kind. Honestly, as much as I was in pain, I had a wonderful time getting an X-ray here!
Absolutely outstanding experience. This clinic is by far the cleanest and most thorough I’ve ever been to. The staff are incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about making patients feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless and organized — you can tell they take pride in maintaining the highest standards. Truly a five-star experience all around.
