City World Toyota tricked and stole $500 from me as a fee for calling progressive to get a quote for me. The lady lied to me that progressive was charging me a penalty for cancelling policy sometime ago. They never discussed how much they will charge. Progressive charged $389 and Auto Consult inside City world charged me $500 for the five minutes work which i could do myself in 3 minutes.
