Kept my new Ford Bronco for 3 weeks after quoting only 1 week needed only for them to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to the car. I took my car in for an engine service light and two recalls. One recall was related to a battery replacement which they didn’t replace and tried to charge me $360 for but since I disputed this, they removed the charge I’m upset I even tipped the tech. All my warning lights came back on the next day.
This place is terrible thank god I read the reviews first off I made a appointment for today I called this place up to see how much replacing brake pads would be nobody answers finally a woman answers and I ask her she sounded mad and put me on hold I waited over 15 minutes and then I hung up soon as I call back she just puts the phonee on hold I have a company with over 4 trucks I will take my business my money to a Mechanic that wants my business
This is an incredibly poorly managed service center. I dropped my car here for a recall and was told it would be ready the next day. No service advisor called me all day, so I called in the afternoon. I was told it would be ready first thing in the morning. I called back near closing time just to confirm, because I planned to take an Uber there first thing then drive straight to work, and again they assured me it would be ready when they opened. Made an appointment at 8am for an oil change waited until 2:30pm. They kept saying they were supposedly "understaffed" and only 25 more minutes multiple times. Should’ve at least mentioned the long wait and staff issues ahead of time, very unprofessional.
