I came with appointment for an oil change and I waited 3:30 hours just for that I don’t understand the point of the appointment. Terrible service.
Parts service guys will assume that you are there, not to order parts but just to ask for their prices and will say it to you outloud. Guys even if many people are coming for prices only do not assume for everyone. You don't know me, I am a customer, treat me like a customer.
