Really terrible experience. Went in to look at a Mustang GT. For starters, they never gave an appointment for a test drive and asked me to walk in. The moment I walked in, a random salesman came up to me and started asking about how much monthly payment I would be okay with. Zero sales skills! Then came a really dumb salesman who didn't know anything about the Mustang. I asked him for the pricing on an automatic, he brought me two pamphlets of cars with manual transmissions because they had better MSRPs. They did not let me ... read more
I recently had a great experience at Ford thanks to sales agent Edwin Cabrera. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. His customer service was top-notch, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Edwin is an outstanding individual and truly deserves all the praise. Highly recommended!

Everyone there is super nice and polite, but it takes too long to get work done. I brought my car in at 8 am Monday and they diagnosed it in just a few hours. That was fantastic. They said they had to order the part and it wouldn't be there until Tuesday (but by 2 pm) and the job would be short. But the part didn't arrive (no one notified me or even returned my call and texts about it) but it got there by 1030 am Wednesday. OK, it happens, no big deal.
