This is genuinely one of the most incompetent and dishonest dealerships I've ever been to. I was looking to purchase a golf GTI, and had made an appointment with Ruddy for Monday evening for a test drive. An hour prior to our appointment, while I was already on my way, I called again just to make sure he would have the car ready for me to test drive, and he said the car was somewhere else and that I wouldn't be able to check it out that day.
