We've been a customer for a year, and they've done well enough. But the last service we had with them we had our water tank replaced. They left our old tank, saying that they would pick it up later. 2 months and several follow-up calls later and the tank is still here.

Had City Works over within the hour after another company was unable to help, our furnace needed urgent attention and they came punctually and professionally, they did a really good service and replaced our broken furnace the same day, I would recommend them every time your in need. My wife and i were very happy with the work the price, the speed at which they came and the level of customer service. Top guys!

Charles came out quickly tonight (Sunday January 5, 2020) and repaired my leaky outdoor faucet and installed a shut off valve inside! Charles was very friendly and quick and explained what he was doing and why... The military discount was also appreciated for this unexpected expense! I would definitely recommend City Works!
