Wonderful customer service from Richard. I needed a new furnace and a new one was installed the next day. Best price that I have found in Edmonton, and among the friendliest companys I have come across. Highly recommend!

Richard was incredibly helpful and supportive during a challenging situation with multiple repairs. He was reliable, communicated clearly, and delivered high-quality work. He truly went above and beyond what I would expect from a contractor, and I really appreciated his professionalism. I would happily recommend him.

We've been a customer for a year, and they've done well enough. But the last service we had with them we had our water tank replaced. They left our old tank, saying that they would pick it up later. 2 months and several follow-up calls later and the tank is still here.
