I didn't have a good experience. Last year I call the company to replace a faucet at the bath tub. Richard came next day , he checked and he said he should order the faucet. The price it was $ 350. He came after 2 days with the faucet but then he realized he can't install it because he needs some new pipes. He needed other 3 days to find the pipes and the bath tub couldn't be used.
