We had reservations from 3wks prior for a group of ten, when we arrived they gave some Out seating away, they were packed and had live entertainment. Finally got out table set up, then they told us if we order pizza it will be over an hr?, we got our drinks, took our food order, while we waited for over a half hr, they finally said the kitchen said don’t take anymore food orders! … and we probably weren’t going to get our food order ! I’ve been several times to City Wine and Cigar. Tonight was a terrible Experience. Our party of 4 arrive at 5:30. We ordered food at 5:45. We received our food at 7:45 after 3 attempts to find out what the problem was. We had to go inside and get our own forks and napkins. After getting our food we were asked if we were “happy.” I’m sorry not what you say after such a terribly long wait. Different but not in a good way. Food is not fresh or good. Staff used to be friendly, smiling. Wine and "cigar" with lots of empty boxes and space. New management should bring improved changes. In this case, change has not been good for food or staff. I see lots of food being sent back; plates of uneaten food sitting: and food coming from the kitchen (even salads) looking unappealing. Come on City you can do better when ordering a chicken sub really not even an 1/8 thick piece of chicken
