Horrible company. The installation was very sloppy. My shades kept breaking and they would not fix them (I had to keep paying them to come fix a mistake that they made in the first instance). Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible customer service and C-grade product. They will tell you what you want to hear until they get your deposit. Installation was a nightmare process and we still have several issues that need to be fixed. We ran out of time and patience trying to deal with them. When trying to resolve issues they are barely responsive and show no thought into taking care of their customers. This place has super super bad customer service. First of all, if you dont ask, they wont tell you all the details regarding how your shades will be, you have to keep exploring it by yourself. Second, they have super poor customer service, they will schedule appointment with you without confirming that they actually have the shades in stock. This is the worse contractor I have seen in my life. I wait for a week to get an appointment and the guy never show up. I called them and found out that he cancelled this appointment at his end without telling me. I have wasted a whole day at home waiting for him. No excuse and compensation for not show. Please, if you value your work and time. Do not choose this company. They are the least professional contractors I have seen
