I wish I had read Chris Taylor's review before having them work on my transmission - unfortunately, my problem occurred a couple months before that. THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. I was sold on rebuilding my transmission only to find out from a friend later that it would have been much better to get a used one. - I got the car back and it was grinding every time I shifted into 4th gear.
