I am extremely disappointed with City Wide Roofing’s blatant disregard for cyclist safety. They have been repeatedly caught parking their vehicles and blocking the contraflow bike lane on Winona Road, putting cyclists at serious risk. CTV News did an article on this company in August 2024 after they 'accidentally' overcharged a customer by $40,000. They hadn't returned the money at the time of airing the story.
The 10 year warranty is meaningless. We have reached out repeatedly over the last 9 years of the warranty regarding leaks and have received no response, repair, or assistance. If they get it wrong they won't fix it. They don't stand by their work.
Blatant customer fraud, overcharging clients by $40,000 (!!) by accident (???), zero warranty coverage. Bad enough to get on CTV as a fraud story lmao
City Wide Roofing replaced my leaky roof on the weekend. The storm yesterday confirmed that they did an excellent job. Tom and his team of experienced professionals are all great guys, who know their trade very well. I highly recommend them.
