Edward deserves his own five star review honestly. My MRI experience at City Wide Radiology was so much better than I expected largely because of him. Calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He made a medical procedure feel like the least stressful part of my week. That is really saying something.
As someone who works in healthcare I have high standards when it comes to radiology services. City Wide Radiology met every one of them. The imaging equipment is clearly state of the art, the staff are knowledgeable and professional, and the turnaround time on results was impressive. A genuinely well run operation.
Went in for aCT scan feeling pretty nervous about what the results might show. The technician was kind enough to acknowledge that and just said something simple and reassuring before we started. It sounds small but it genuinely helped. Beyond the human touch, the facility is excellent and the whole process was very efficient.
Brought my father in for a CT scan last week. He gets anxious in medical settings but the staff here were so calm and patient with him. They explained the procedure clearly, made sure he was comfortable, and the whole thing was over faster than we expected. Really grateful for how well they looked after him.
