Walked into City Wide Radiology Bay Parkway pretty anxious and walked out genuinely impressed. Edward was my technician and he set the tone from the start. Professional, warm, and clearly very good at his job. The facility itself is spotless and modern. Everything about the visit exceeded my expectations.

First MRI ever and I was terrified. Edward talked me through absolutely everything before we started and kept checking in with me throughout. By the end I was actually calm. My results came back clear and I genuinely think the positive experience helped me stay still and get good imaging. Edward made a real difference that day.

I have pretty severe anxiety around medical procedures and Edward handled that with so much patience and understanding. He did not rush me, gave me a moment to breathe before we started, and checked in with me throughout the scan. I got through it because of how well he managed the situation. Truly grateful.
