I called City Wide Plumbing because my kids flushed a toy down the toilet. I paid $99 up front for a service call and was given a window of 10a - 1p. At 2p, when the plumber had not arrived, I called the “office” and was informed that the tech was just running late but would be there soon. A man rang my doorbell at 7p!!
