Angel treated my house today and she was so amazing. Very friendly and professional. Called me before and after the treatments, told me what the plan was for my house and also helped with special request. Definitely want to use her again if needed.
Discovering termites in the home, City Wide was called. City Wide sent two of what I'm calling very professional young men. Brice and Jamie came to the home assessed the problem and went right to work. As the work went on the cleaning went right along also. Leaving the place as they found it. It's always Great to see people do their job with pride. The word I would use to describe these young men is EXCELLENCE.
Mathew (my regular pest control man) is very prompt & professional. I have a bad back and he even helped me lift a few heavy items when he was here today which I really appreciated...it is important when you have a service company that goes over and above for their customers.
I took a day off work and had the house set up for the technician to come and spray for German Roaches. I missed the call so they sent the technician home and will not ask him to come back. The hours are until 4 PM and it is only 2:30. The customer service woman refused to let us talk to the owner and would not give us his voice mail. She said he may or may not call back. I'm so grateful to City Wide for their wonderful, honest service. I called Donna in the office with a problem I was having, and she was so understanding and patient and helped me. I needed someone to go out that day and inspect for termites, and she was able to ask one of her technicians to help. James went out of his way to make time to go by and inspect the property, so the sale of my property could close the next day. City Wide Treatment Experts Rob and Al were wonderful. Friendly, respectful and fully willing to answer questions and share information that enabled me to be an informed resident dealing with roach season here in Mesa, AZ. After a few days I only saw dead roaches. Expect better and better now that the second treatment is done.
